The home sits on a crawlspace, is wrapped in vinyl board-and-batten siding, and carries a 4/12 pitch shingle roof. Your images should clearly showcase three key elements: the crisp texture and shadow lines of the board-and-batten, the dimensional look of the shingles, and accurate window and door detailing. Natural daylight, realistic materials, and believable landscaping will help potential buyers picture the finished build, so please treat lighting and context with care. Deliverables • 3–4 high-resolution exterior views (front, rear, and two angles) in PNG or JPG • Source file from your preferred tool (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar) with all materials and lights intact • Turnaround of any minor texture or color tweaks after the first draft I’ll provide the latest CAD or PDF plans as soon as we start.
