I have a clear concept for a custom space in [login to view URL] and now need an experienced creator to turn that vision into a polished, publish-ready environment. You’ll start from my mood boards, reference photos and logo assets, then handle the full build inside [login to view URL]—model placement, lighting, materials, basic scripting for interactions, and final optimisation so the scene performs smoothly on desktop, mobile and VR. Because I’m aiming for a professional-grade result, I expect you to know the platform’s latest toolset, asset size limits, light baking workflow and how to keep draw calls under control. I can supply additional 3D objects in FBX/GLB if needed, but I’m happy for you to suggest or create bespoke props where they improve the user experience. Deliverables • Editable [login to view URL] environment file (or working link with edit rights) • All external 3D assets and textures organised in a shareable folder • Short hand-off document explaining any custom scripts, interaction triggers and optimisation steps Acceptance criteria • Environment loads without errors on web, mobile and Meta Quest • Average frame rate stays within [login to view URL] performance guidelines • All branded elements appear correctly and any interactive hotspots work as demonstrated in a recorded walkthrough Timeline is flexible but I’d like first visuals within a week of kickoff and a finished build shortly after we iterate once or twice.
