Modern 3D Home Elevation Design Needed

My G + 3 home is already on site—30 × 40 ft, east-facing—and construction is moving ahead now that the floor plan is locked. What I still need is a striking 3D elevation that I can hand to the contractor and façade team before they pour any more concrete. Style & mood • Overall look: distinctly Modern • Palette: calm, neutral tones that will stay timeless against the Bengaluru sun • Materials to feature prominently: Glass for light play, warm Wood accents, and a touch of Stone to ground the façade Scope of work You will translate the existing 2-D drawings into a realistic front-elevation concept, refine the massing if required, and apply textures, lighting, and shadows to convey depth. No additional structural changes are required; I’m purely after the visual design. Deliverables 1. Two to three high-resolution rendered views (daylight and dusk) showing the full façade, material finishes, and basic landscape context 2. The editable 3D file (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar—whichever you create in) 3. A short material legend so my contractor can source the correct cladding and paints 4. A few rounds of tweaks for alignment with on-site realities Acceptance criteria The render must match the provided floor plan dimensions, respect the east-facing orientation, and clearly highlight the Glass-Wood-Stone interplay while keeping the colour scheme within neutral bounds. I will share PDF drawings and current site photos as soon as we agree on the collaboration. I also have a reference design which can be shared.
