I’m working on a compact fluid oxygenator that will be built around nTop’s TPMS gyroid lattice. The part is mainly a 80mm × 24mm rectangular prism excluding the inlet/outlet manifolds. Flow is meant move through the lattice with maximum uniformity, remain evenly distributed across the entire cross-section, and see the lowest possible pressure drop. Those three targets—Maximizing flow uniformity, Ensuring even distribution, Minimizing pressure drop—are the primary goals. The ideal hire has experience using nTop for lattice generation possibly for projects along the line of heat exchangers. I’ll supply the inlet and outlet positions and concept along with my current baseline models; from there I need you to iterate and refine the TPMS settings, channel dimensions and wall thicknesses so the resulting flow field stays balanced from entry to exit. However there may be restrictions of wall thickness No special material restrictions apply at this stage, so you can concentrate purely on geometry optimization. The design should be delivered as a clean STL without repair work. Deliverables • Optimised TPMS gyroid design in .STL format • (Optional but preferred) corresponding native .ntop file with editable blocks • Brief note on the key lattice parameters you adjusted and why they improve flow behaviour
