I need a fully parametric, dimensionally accurate 3D model of my pod-style machine produced in SolidWorks so an FRP fabricator can move straight from CAD to mold making without extra interpretation. This is strictly a manufacturing file, not a render or marketing visual, so every surface, draft angle, and split line must be production-ready for composite lay-up. Scope • Translate my supplied sketches, reference dimensions, and functional notes into a complete SolidWorks assembly with all parts properly named and organised. • Build geometry that accounts for FRP shrink, laminate thickness, and mold release, delivering watertight solids suitable for CNC plug machining. • Provide native .SLDPRT/.SLDASM plus neutral STEP or IGES for vendor hand-off. Acceptance criteria • All critical dimensions match the specification within ±0.25 mm. • Surfaces import into the fabricator’s CAM without healing. • Feature tree remains editable for minor future tweaks. Timeline I need first delivery ASAP; we can iterate quickly toward sign-off. When you reply, focus on your SolidWorks experience creating tooling or composite-ready CAD rather than general visualization work.
