I want my current hashboard enclosure re-imagined from the ground up. The goal is a compact, service-friendly shell moulded in plastic, yet rugged enough to endure round-the-clock mining. Internal airflow paths, standoff heights, and port cut-outs should be refined so heat is channelled away efficiently and cables stay tidy. You will start from the existing dimensions and component layout (STEP files and photos supplied after award) and deliver: • A production-ready 3D model in STEP or IGES • Exploded assembly views for tooling and maintenance guides • A brief thermal rationale explaining how the new layout manages heat with the chosen fan or passive vents All mounting points for hashboards, power leads, and control boards must align exactly with the originals; only the outer shell and airflow architecture may change. Material is fixed to plastic—for manufacturability, I prefer solutions that suit common injection-moulding grades such as ABS or polycarbonate blends. I’m open on the specific cooling strategy (fan orientation, ducting, passive fins) as long as it stays within the plastic medium’s safe temperature range and avoids liquid loops. On acceptance, I will test-fit a printed prototype; your design is considered complete when it snaps together cleanly and holds stable temps during a 24-hour mining run.
