Import concept sketches, establish the skeleton model, expressions/parameters for your dimensional limits, and the full assembly structure with naming conventions. Week 2 — Internal mechanical parts. Model the working/internal components, set up mating and constraints. Week 3 — Exterior plastic parts. Surfacing, wall thickness, draft angles and split logic for injection moulding; sheet-metal parts where applicable; apply materials and colours. Week 4 — Assembly finalisation. Interference/clearance checks, basic motion study, exploded views. Week 5 — Documentation & delivery.
