I need a full set of working plans for a steel-framed, factory-built family home that I will erect on-site myself. The layout must include a comfortable living room, the required number of bedrooms, plus a combined kitchen and dining area, all designed as transport-friendly modules that can be bolted together quickly once delivered. What I’m after is more than a concept sketch.
