I’m preparing to pour a stamped-concrete slab for a small pavilion that will sit on sandy soil, and I need a complete, permit-ready plan set. The drawings must show a slab layout suited to loose, granular soil, reinforcement schedules, footing dimensions, control-joint layout and the decorative stamp pattern I have in mind. I also want basic structural notes for the posts and roof framing so the entire pavilion can be reviewed as one package. Because the local building department requires it, the final sheets must carry the seal of a licensed architect or engineer valid in my state.
