Ich verfüge über einen gescannten Grundriss eines ca. 1 000 m² großen Restaurants und benötige daraus eine saubere CAD-Datei im DXF- sowie DWG-Format. Als Referenz habe ich bereits ein Beispiel-DWG beigefügt. Was ich erwarte • Vollständige architektonische UND strukturelle Ausarbeitung – Wände, Türen, Fenster, Stützen, Deckenverläufe, Sanitär- und Küchenbereiche, Lüftungsschächte etc. • Maßstabstreue Umsetzung; bitte die Proportionen aus dem Bild übernehmen, da keine separaten Bemaßungen vorliegen. • Klare Layerstruktur nach Funktion (z. B. Wände, Möbel, Elektro, Tragwerk). • Deutliche Kennzeichnung von – Entrances and exits – Seating areas – Kitchen and storage areas Ablauf 1. Ich sende Ihnen das Bild des Plans sowie das Beispiel-DWG. 2. Sie setzen den Plan in AutoCAD (oder kompatibel) um und schicken mir eine erste PDF-Ansicht zur Kontrolle. 3. Nach meinem Feedback finalisieren Sie die Datei und liefern DWG + DXF. Akzeptanzkriterien • Öffnet ohne Fehlermeldungen in AutoCAD. • Alle oben genannten Bereiche sind deutlich erkennbar und korrekt gelayert. • Keine überflüssigen Linien oder doppelten Elemente. Falls Sie Erfahrung mit Restaurant- oder Hospitality-Projekten haben, erwähnen Sie das bitte kurz. Ich freue mich auf Ihre Rückmeldung mit geschätzter Bearbeitungszeit.
