El diseño debe ser funcional para prototipo y preparado para futura industrialización por inyección de plástico. TIPOS DE PRODUCTO Se desarrollarán dos variantes: Versión de conexión rápida por muelle (tipo clic) Versión con tornillo de apriete Ambas compartirán la misma filosofía de carcasa compacta. APLICACIÓN Uso en instalaciones eléctricas domésticas (cajas de registro y derivaciones de enchufes). REQUISITOS ELÉCTRICOS OBJETIVO Intensidad nominal: 25 A Tensión nominal: 450 V Rango de conductor: 1,5 – 6 mm² Compatible con cable flexible sin puntera Objetivo: admitir 2 conductores por polo (mínimo) CONFIGURACIÓN DE POLOS Se necesita diseño modular para: 2 polos 3 polos 5 polos (idealmente mediante repetición de módulo base) ARQUITECTURA MECÁNICA Componentes principales: Carcasa inferior (plástico) Carcasa superior (plástico) Tapa superior abatible Ventana/tapa transparente para visualización del cable Pletina conductora de cobre o latón Sistema de presión: • Variante A: ballesta de acero templado + pulsador • Variante B: tornillo + placa de presión REQUISITOS MECÁNICOS Diseño compacto para cajas de empotrar Ensamblaje sencillo sin herramientas especiales Tolerancias preparadas para impresión 3D (PA12) Holguras funcionales correctas Chaflanes de montaje en piezas metálicas Guiado correcto del conductor Finger-safe en accesos VENTANA TRANSPARENTE La tapa superior debe incluir zona transparente que permita ver: entrada del conductor posición del cobre correcta inserción MATERIALES (PROTOTIPO) Carcasas: PA12 (SLS/MJF) Tapa transparente: resina clear tough Pletina: cobre estañado (espesor aprox. 1,0–1,2 mm) Ballesta: acero muelle templado (0,8–1,0 mm) Tornillo: acero zincado o inoxidable REQUISITOS DE ENTREGA El diseñador deberá entregar: Archivos CAD paramétricos (STEP + nativo preferible SolidWorks/Fusion) STL listos para impresión Ensamblaje completo Despiece básico Revisión de interferencias NIVEL DE DETALLE ESPERADO Se busca un diseño funcional para prototipo V1, no acabado estético final, pero sí preparado para iteraciones hacia inyección de plástico. REFERENCIAS Se proporcionarán imágenes de referencia y especificaciones dimensionales adicionales durante el proyecto.
