I need a complete 3 D CAD package for an aluminium, top-mount intercooler that drops straight onto a Toyota Land Cruiser running the 1VD-FTV turbo-diesel. The unit will live under a bonnet that sees long-distance towing, slow technical crawling, red-dust corrugations, and the odd river crossing, so every decision in the model has to favour cooling efficiency, smooth airflow, and outright toughness. Working envelope is tight, yet I still want the largest practical core, balanced fin density, and even charge distribution to both banks. Factory mounting points, sensor bosses, and hose locations must remain plug-and-play; nothing on the finished truck should look aftermarket apart from the performance lift. Please provide: • A fully parametric model (STEP plus native SolidWorks or Inventor). • 2 D fabrication drawings with weld symbols, material call-outs, and tolerances. • A bill of materials keyed to the drawings. • Optional but welcomed: basic CFD to confirm pressure drop and heat-rejection targets. Acceptance criteria • Model fits within OEM bonnet clearance and reuses stock fasteners. • Pressure drop < 1 psi at 200 kW engine load (simulated or calculated). • Core and tanks drawn in 5000- or 6000-series aluminium plate/extrusion. • Mounting brackets withstand 3 g vibrational load without yielding (hand calcs or quick FEA are fine).
