I need a compact umbrella that can clip securely onto a 600 mm × 600 mm board. The entire unit—including canopy, ribs, and handle—should be based on plastic for light weight, durability, and easy cleaning. A screw-clamp fixing is mandatory; it has to tighten firmly without marring the board surface and should adjust for boards of slightly varying thicknesses. Your task is to translate this idea into a production-ready design.
