Civil Draftsman for Land Development

I need an experienced civil engineering draftsman who can jump straight into a land-development package I am preparing. Your main focus will be on turning my preliminary engineering notes into clean, construction-ready CAD drawings that cover: • Site planning and lot layout
• Detailed grading and drainage plans with spot elevations, contours, and flow arrows I will provide the survey base, design criteria, and mark-ups. From you I expect well-layered DWG files (AutoCAD Civil 3D or compatible), coordinated PDF sheets, and a brief drawing register summarising revisions. All work must follow standard civil drafting conventions and be ready for council and contractor review. If you are comfortable working from redlines, understand cut/fill calculations, and can keep an eye on practical constructability, let’s get started.
