I need a straightforward launch-and-recovery system sketched in CAD so I can safely deploy and retrieve a small (sub-1 m) passive acoustic sensor from the stern of a aluminium research vessel. The drawing should show a compact, deck-mounted sheave and a tube mounted on the transom that holds the sensor during transits. The attached winch lower and brings it back in the launch tube without manual handling. Please base the geometry on standard Ø200mm aluminium tube attached to the transom with a bellmouth in POM to protect the cable. The following elements should be made for submission to manufacturing. Ø200 Alu tube Bellmouth with attachment i the end of tube (POM or Vinyl material) Attachment arrangement to transom Mounting arrangement to transom Deliverables (all digital): • Fully parametric 3D model in SolidWorks or Inventor, plus a neutral STEP file • Two detail drawings (plan and side) in PDF showing key dimensions, pin locations, and mounting points • Brief design note summarizing materials, fasteners I’ll review the STEP file for fit on the existing deck layout and sign off once bolt patterns, clearances, and swing arc match the provided measurements.
