CAD Design for Master Bath Remodel

I'm seeking a skilled CAD designer to assist with a master bath/closet remodel and new addition. The project includes fixing exterior walls and offers a flexible layout. Key Requirements: - Review of existing space - Propose buildable layout options - Create dimensioned drawings for contractor pricing and future construction Essential Features: - Craftsman style - Walk-in shower (focal point), double vanity, soaking tub (no freestanding tub) - Tiles for surfaces, carpet for closet flooring - Built-ins for his & hers in the closet Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in CAD design - Experience with bathroom and closet remodels - Knowledge of Craftsman design elements - Strong attention to detail and accuracy Project Description – Master Bathroom & Closet Remodel (Design + CAD Plans) We are remodeling an existing master bathroom and closet in conjunction with a recently constructed addition. The addition expands the available footprint, allowing us to enlarge the bathroom and reconfigure the closet. Exterior walls of the addition are fixed, but the interior layout is flexible. We are seeking a CAD designer/drafter to review existing conditions and develop practical, buildable layout alternatives. The goal is to create a well-proportioned design that respects plumbing locations and overall structure while improving flow and functionality. Existing Information Available We do not have formal architectural plans. We will provide: Hand-measured dimensions Homeowner draft layouts created in Planner5D Photos of the existing space Marked plumbing supply and drain locations Basic information on floor joist direction Addition footprint and fixed exterior wall constraints Design Intent Tub and shower remain on the same wall. Vanity and toilet remain on the opposite wall. Plumbing locations to stay in general position where practical. Single entrance into bathroom. Closet accessed through bathroom. Expanded shower as a more dominant feature. Clean circulation and functional layout. Deliverables Requested 2–3 layout alternatives. Fully dimensioned floor plan. Fixture layout with clearances. Interior elevations of key walls. PDF set suitable for contractor pricing and future construction. This is a practical remodel, not a conceptual rendering exercise. We are looking for someone who can work from field measurements and produce clean, buildable drawings. Existing Conditions and Proposed Direction Please refer to the attached homeowner sketch of the current layout. The existing master suite includes separate entrances from the bedroom into the bathroom and the walk-in closet. The remodel will widen the bathroom into the newly constructed addition and consolidate circulation to a single entrance from the bedroom, with access to the closet routed through the bathroom. The long rectangular area shown in hardwood on the sketch represents the footprint of the addition. All exterior walls of the addition are fixed and cannot be altered. The existing tub and shower are located on an exterior wall and are intended to remain on that wall in the revised layout. The vanity and toilet are located on the opposing wall and should remain on that wall. Plumbing supply and drain locations are to remain in their general positions as much as practical. The objective is to utilize the expanded footprint to improve spatial proportion, circulation, and shower scale while maintaining structural and plumbing efficiency.
