My Questions. - What target age range and final runtime (e.g., 60–120s) should I design pacing, humour, and scene length for? - Do you have script/narration and music ready, and any style refs? Also any preference for Blender vs Maya and final output (1080p/4K, ProRes/MP4)? My Suggestions. - Use stylized mid‑poly models with hand‑painted textures and toon shading; this keeps render times low and looks great for kids. - Build reusable character rigs and modular forest sets so revisions are fast and costs stay predictible. My Execution Plan. - I confirm script, target age, runtime, and deliverables. - I create moodboards and quick character/environment sketches for approval. - I model and rig fairies/animal sidekicks (facial + wings), set modular magical landscapes. - I block the film in previz with temp VO/music to lock timing and beats. - I animate performances, add particles (sparkles, dust), light with soft colour, and run test renders. - I polish, composite, loudness‑normalise audio, and deliver masters plus clean source files with simple handover notes and post‑launch support.
