I have a pipeline that calls for character, product, and architectural models, all built to work across animation-oriented game engines, marketing renders, and interior or exterior visualizations. Because these assets feed very different end uses, I need someone comfortable shifting between photoreal accuracy and clean, presentation-ready simplicity while always supplying custom textures and materials that match the brief. To be clear, each model must incorporate: • High level of detail and realism • Simple and clean design where the scene demands it • Custom textures and materials Deliverables I expect for every asset: • The native working file plus exports in FBX and OBJ (additional formats welcome) • Packed, non-overlapping UVs with all texture maps (Base Color, Normal, Roughness/Gloss, Metallic, AO) • A short read-me that lists scale, unit system, and any third-party plug-ins used I review models in Blender and Unreal Engine, so keeping them import-ready for those tools will speed approval.
