Unreal Engine 5.6 - Cinematic Exterior Township Walkthrough (60s, 4K) We need one cinematic exterior walkthrough video of a real estate township, built and rendered in Unreal Engine 5.6. We supply the 3D models; you handle everything from import to final film. Scope: scene assembly, materials/texture setup, lighting, camera animation, post-processing, colour grading and final 4K render. Deliverable: 1 × 60-second video (±5s), single continuous exterior walkthrough with smooth camera movement, colour graded. Output format: H.264, 3840×2160, 30 fps constant. Handover: final render + Unreal project files and render settings. Clean plates only — no audio, music, voice-over, titles, logos or burned-in text. Timeline: starts 25 Aug 2026. 1080p draft render shared end of Day 1; final 4K delivery on or before 26 Aug 2026 (IST). Two revision rounds included. Not in scope: new 3D modelling or remodelling of supplied geometry, design/layout changes, interior walkthroughs, VR/AR/360° or interactive builds, drone or live-action footage, or any additional video variants. You bring: your own hardware, Unreal Engine licence, and any third-party assets or plugins. We provide models, references, shot-list sign-off and a single point of contact for daily review.
