Hi, I understand you’re developing a feature-length children’s historical adventure and need more than AI generation: the key challenge is maintaining character, visual and storytelling consistency across a long-form production. I can help establish a structured character-consistency workflow before full production, using approved reference images, front/side/three-quarter views, expression and clothing references, controlled prompts/settings and shot-level continuity tracking. The workflow can then be applied to image-to-video generation, character movement, dialogue/lip-sync and recurring locations, props and historical periods. For each production section, I can combine generated footage with professional editing, dialogue, music, sound effects, transitions, colour correction and visual cleanup, while reviewing shots for facial changes, unwanted motion and other AI artefacts. Project files, references, prompts and approved assets can be organised systematically for repeatable production. I’m comfortable working from your existing moodboard, storyboard and character designs, following detailed creative direction, signing an NDA/IP agreement and starting with a paid test scene before larger production work. Best regards, Houssame

Hello!⚡ I am a filmmaker using AI tools rather than a prompt writer, with a background in video, 3D and illustration. On consistency: prompts drift, images do not. So no shot starts from text. I build the character bible as approved reference frames, then generate image to video from an approved start frame, using end frames to carry continuity into the next shot. I also pin the model version for the whole production. Kling and Seedance update their models, and a version change mid-film shifts faces and lighting across scenes you have already signed off. Dialogue is recorded first, so shot length follows the performance rather than the other way round. Lip-sync runs as a separate pass over the finished shot, which keeps it fixable without regenerating the scene. Every approved shot is logged with its reference image, seed, model version and settings, so any scene can be rebuilt months later. Thanks. Hassan

Hi, For _I HAVE A DREAM_ I’d build a strict consistency pipeline first — master character bible, front/side/3-4 views, expression sheets, height/proportion chart, and locked prompts/seeds/models in Kling + Seedance/Flora for image-to-video and start/end frame workflows. Then I generate cinematic scenes with accurate lip-sync to your dialogue, clean artefacts, and edit polished 5-minute sections in Premiere/Resolve with sound design, color, and continuity across 250 years of locations/props. I have proven work maintaining the same child characters across multiple scenes with dialogue, plus family-friendly adventure editing. Happy to do your paid test scene to prove face/hair/clothing consistency, natural movement, and cinematic composition. I work under full NDA/IP transfer, organized file labeling, and long-form continuity.

I would establish the character-consistency pipeline before producing full scenes, because a feature-length AI film will fail quickly if faces, proportions, clothing and visual language are handled shot-by-shot. My workflow starts with locked character references, front/side/three-quarter views, expression and wardrobe sheets, height/proportion references, approved prompts/seeds/settings and a shot-level continuity log. Each generated scene then passes consistency, movement, lip-sync and artifact review before editing and sound finishing. I work with AI video generation plus professional post-production, and I can provide examples showing recurring-character consistency, dialogue/lip-sync and completed edited sequences: I am comfortable signing the NDA and IP assignment and transferring approved production assets, prompts, project files and final masters.

Consider this ✍️The key character consistency is crucial for any production. I understand the importance of preserving each character’s face, hairstyle, clothing, proportions and personality, character consistency. You mentioned a master character bible, front, side, and three-quarter views. What usually matters most here is maintaining continuity across a long-form production, which is often a challenge. I have worked on similar children’s feature films where character movement and natural expressions can make or break the storytelling. So I know the risk of inconsistent character design leading to viewer disconnection. My approach would involve: • Establishing a comprehensive character bible before scenes. • Creating character-reference workflows to ensure consistency. • Generating cinematic video from moodboards and storyboards. • Editing dialogue, music, and sound for cohesiveness. • Organizing all project files for easy access and collaboration. What challenges have you faced in maintaining character consistency? Best, Kurt.

Hi I have hands-on experience with AI-assisted filmmaking workflows using Kling, Seedance, character-reference pipelines, lip-sync tools, and professional post-production in Premiere/DaVinci/After Effects. For a feature like *I HAVE A DREAM*, I understand that the real challenge is not generating clips—it is maintaining character identity, continuity, cinematic pacing, and emotional consistency across hundreds of shots. I would first build a locked character bible with multi-angle references, expressions, wardrobe, seeds/settings, and continuity sheets, then produce scenes through controlled image-to-video and start/end-frame workflows. Each 5-minute section would go through lip-sync, artefact correction, sound design, colour grading, continuity QC, and organized asset/version management before approval. Best regards, George.

Character drift never announces itself. A jawline shifts two percent, a hairline softens, and by scene forty the child on screen isn't the child from your moodboard. The usual cause is reference laundering — using a generated frame as the reference for the next shot. Every output sits slightly off the original, and feeding it back in stacks the error. Everything re-anchors to the approved master frames instead. So the character bible comes first, before a single scene. Front, side and three-quarter views, expression sheets, clothing and proportion references, all built under one lighting setup, because references lit differently teach the model different faces. Then image-to-video in Kling and Seedance from locked start frames, with seeds, models and settings logged per shot. Lip-sync lands before grading, since grading and upscaling smear mouth detail. Five-minute sections assembled after. Are the initial character designs final art, or still evolving? — Christina
