CGI Realistic Creature Modeling and Rigging

We are looking to create a CGI two-headed dragon-beast for a short film. The first stage we need is the modeling of the beast using the following base models that we have already purchased:

The Elephant and Donkey heads will need to be added as the 2 new heads on the dragon’s 2 necks and made to match the reptile look of the dragon skin. Then the new two-headed beast will need the rigging updated so we can animate from there.
We are working in Maya. We require examples of work you have done that demonstrates the ability to complete this project. We are looking to start this project soon.
