I am looking for an expert in 3D Animation to create for me 3D Animated TV Ad with all characters created in 3D Animation. The Ad would have 4 or more characters. The purpose of the Ad is to promote a University while highlighting the ills of an education system. The would have a major character that would act as the spokesperson of the University.
