I need a clear, space-efficient floor plan for a retail store that is just under 1,000 sq ft. The layout must show a welcoming sales floor out front, a practical storage area, a compact yet functional office, plus a toilet and a small kitchen/staff break corner. I will provide basic room dimensions and any fixed structural elements as soon as the project starts. From there I’m looking for: • A scaled 2D drawing (PDF + source file in CAD or similar) • A logical circulation flow that guides customers through key product zones while keeping staff pathways unobstructed • Fixed furniture and fixture placement indicated, leaving enough flexibility for future merchandising tweaks Please include at least one round of revisions in your offer so we can fine-tune shelving runs, counter height, and back-of-house proportions.
