Material, tolerances and surface finish are easy to list, but they only make sense once I know what the tool is meant to cut or form. Sheet thickness and material of the part decide the punch-to-die clearance. Your post doesn't give that, and without it any tolerance I write is a guess. I've drawn fixtures and tooling for a profile cutting line. Do you have a part drawing or a sketch with sizes, and which CAD format do you want?
