Create 4 Black‑and‑White Patent Drawings for a Grid-Structure Metal Plate (7 mm margins, 16×12 boxed grid). I need four patent‑style drawings for a physical metal plate with engraved grid structure design. All drawings must be black‑and‑white, border‑less, and contain only reference numerals (e.g., (a), (b), (c), etc). No other text is allowed. The plate is made of durable metal (e.g., stainless steel) and has a 7 mm margin on every side to accommodate the “Letter” and "numeric" identifiers that will appear on the final product. Plate overall: 170 mm × 130 mm (17 cm × 13 cm) Margin: 7 mm on all four sides (left, right, top, bottom) Usable grid area: 156 mm × 116 mm (170 mm, less 2 × 7 mm, 130 mm, less 2 × 7 mm). Grid layout: 16 columns × 12 rows of equal squares, each square 9.75 mm × 9.75 mm. Number of lines: 17 vertical lines (including outer borders) and 13 horizontal lines (including outer borders). Line spacing: 9.75 mm between adjacent vertical (or horizontal) lines. Column‑group width: 4 squares × 9.75 mm = 39 mm. Column‑group slightly thicker lines: At x = 7 mm + 39 mm = 46 mm, x = 85 mm, x = 124 mm, x = 163 mm (these are the four group separators). Left-side border, line separating box 4-5, 8-9, 12-13, and right-side border. Reference Image attached of finished product, but specific patent appropriate figures are needed, without "Text" (Column: Letter 1-4) and "Numbers" (Row: 1-12) written. Only instructions below please. Why 9.75 mm? The 16‑box grid must fit inside the 156 mm usable width (170 mm − 2 × 7 mm). 156 mm ÷ 16 = 9.75 mm per square. The same calculation gives 116 mm ÷ 12 = 9.75 mm per square for the height, keeping the squares perfectly square. Figure - Fig. 1 – Top View: What to draw: (1) Plate (a) – outer rectangle. (2) Grid (b) – 17 vertical & 13 horizontal lines forming the 16 × 12 boxed grid. (3) Column‑group separators (c) – thicker lines separating the four groups of four columns. Dimensions/ Placements: - Plate (a): 170 mm × 130 mm rectangle. Grid (b): First vertical line at x = 7 mm (left margin). Subsequent vertical lines every 9.75 mm (x = 7 mm + n·9.75 mm, n = 0…16) → last line at x = 163 mm (right margin). First horizontal line at y = 7 mm (top margin). Subsequent horizontal lines every 9.75 mm (y = 7 mm + m·9.75 mm, m = 0…12) → last line at y = 123 mm (bottom margin).- Column‑group dashed lines (c): vertical dashed lines at x = 46 mm, 85 mm, 124 mm, 163 mm (40 mm intervals measured from the left‑most grid line). Dashed style: 2 mm dash, 1 mm gap, 0.5 mm stroke. Reference Numerals: (a) – circle around the bottom‑right corner of the plate. (b) – circle around the top‑left corner of the grid.(c) – circle over the first group‑separator line (the one at 46 mm). Hyphen Symbol [-] (f): 3 mm × 1 mm rectangle in column 2. Forward Slash Symbol [/] (g): 2 mm diagonal line (45°) in column 3. • Blank (h): empty column 4 (no mark).- Position each symbol centered within its 9.75 mm square. Reference Numerals: (d) – left of the row.(e) – beside the fullstop/ period symbol. (f) – beside the hyphen symbol. (g) – beside the forward slash symbol. (h) – beside the blank square. Figure - Fig. 3 – Side / Cross‑Section View: What to draw: Cross‑section showing engraving depths of the three symbol types. Dimensions/Placement: - Plate cross‑section (a): rectangle 50 mm × 3 mm (scaled 2× for clarity).- Engraving depths (all 0.5 mm): Fullstop/ Period symbol (e): semi‑circular depression, 1 mm diameter. Hyphen symbol (f): rectangular groove, 3 mm long × 1 mm wide. Forward Slash symbol (g): V‑shaped groove, 2 mm long (rectangular groove is sufficient if not doable). Reference Numerals: (a) – right side of the cross‑section. (e) – beside the fullstop/ period symbol engraving. (f) – beside the hyphen symbol engraving. (g) – beside the forward slash symbol engraving. Figure - Fig. 4 – Two‑Plate System (side-by-side): What to draw: Two identical plates placed side‑by‑side (Plate A & Plate B). Dimensions/Placement: - Plate A (i) and Plate B (j): each 85 mm × 65 mm (half‑size of Fig. 1, still with 7 mm margins).- Each plate contains the same 16 × 12 boxed grid (now 78 mm × 58 mm) and the same column‑group dashed lines, scaled proportionally.- Leave a 10 mm gap between the two plates. Reference Numerals: (i) – centre of Plate A. (j) – centre of Plate B. (d) – left of the first row on Plate A (same as in Fig. 2). General Drawing Rules (Apply to All Figures): No text other than the reference numerals listed above. No borders around the page or around individual drawings. Line weight: 0.3 mm for solid grid lines; 0.5 mm for the dashed column‑group separators. Reference numerals must be circled (≈8 mm diameter, 0.25 mm stroke) and linked to the element with a thin leader line (0.25 mm). Figure label (“Fig. 1”, “Fig. 2”, etc.) centered below each drawing.
