What I need from you: • A dimensioned 2D layout showing walls, windows, doors, plumbing cores, and suggested furniture placement for each unit. • Clear demarcation of any service zones (stairs, ducts, meters) so the plan is build-ready. • At least one round of refinement after I review the first draft. • Final files delivered in both editable CAD (DWG/DXF) and sharable PDF formats.
