Brand Identity: KHAUF is a premium, industrial athleisure and streetwear label based in Mumbai. Our visual language is dark, brutalist, and highly functional. We do not use wholesale blanks. Every piece is custom cut-and-sew. I need complete, factory-ready Tech Packs (Flats, BOM, POM, and Callouts) for the following two garments. I have already calculated the size grading and sourced the fabric profiles. Your job is digital execution and clean layout formatting. ITEM 01: "The Graft" (Technical Compression Tee) Design Intent: An ultra-premium, cooling base layer engineered to fit like a second skin. It must look heavy and tactical but remain highly breathable for extreme heat. It utilizes "negative ease" sizing to lock into the wearer's anatomy. 1. Fabrication & Materials: Main Body: 180-200 GSM Tencel™ Lyocell OR Heavyweight Bamboo Viscose blended with Elastane (85/15 ratio). Strictly no standard polyester. Treatments: Mill-level anti-microbial and moisture-wicking finish. 2. Construction Architecture: Seams: Raglan sleeve cut to emphasize shoulder width. Stitching: True Flatlock Stitching is 100% mandatory on all seams to prevent chafing under high tension. Standard overlock is unacceptable. 3. Branding & Finishing: Center Chest Emblem: High-Stretch Reflective PU (Polyurethane) HTV. Design Callout: The Tech Pack must explicitly state that the logo application requires precision-cutting with zero transparent borders or blank space around the emblem. It will utilize "negative space" (segmented cuts) so the reflective vinyl stretches with the Elastane without cracking. Custom woven inner neck label and side-seam wash care tag. ITEM 02: "The Monolith" (Tactical Track Pant) Design Intent: A relaxed, straight-leg streetwear drape that falls perfectly over a heavy sneaker, but can instantly convert into a locked-in athletic fit via a hidden hem mechanism. 1. Fabrication & Materials: Main Body: Lightweight Crinkle Nylon (parachute material) OR 220 GSM Cotton Looper Lycra. 2. Construction Architecture: Silhouette: Relaxed straight-leg fit. Not baggy, but structured. The Hem (Crucial): Must feature an internal, concealed bungee cord and toggle system at the ankle. The mechanism must be routed inside the hem track so no strings hang outside the pant when uncinched. 3. Hardware & Finishing: Pockets: Deep side pockets featuring concealed, matte black YKK zippers hidden under a fabric welt. Waistband: Encased elastic with heavy-duty, tonal internal drawstrings (metal aglets). ASSETS PROVIDED BY ME: To make your workflow incredibly fast, I will provide: Exact mathematical Point of Measure (POM) and size grading charts for both items. Visual reference images detailing the exact raglan cut, zipper placement, and hidden bungee hem mechanism. YOUR DELIVERABLES: Flawless 2D Vector Flats: Front, Back, Inside, and specific Detail views (e.g., zoomed-in callout of the hidden ankle toggle). Organized Layout: A clean, industrial-looking PDF format integrating my BOM, POM, and your vector flats with highly legible factory construction callouts.
