Scope of Work: 1. Restaurant Area – 2500 sqft The layout should include: - Café section with comfortable seating and a buffet counter - Dedicated South Indian seating area (can have a slightly themed or differentiated layout) - Bakery section with display and limited seating - Temple area within the café premises (designed as per vastu) - Kitchen design covering: - Indian (including tandoor) - Chinese - Continental - South Indian - Proper washing/utility area - Space for refrigeration/storage (fridges/deep freezers) - Dedicated workstation inside kitchen with computer and small seating area for managing online orders (Zomato/Swiggy operations) - Handwash area for customers - Separate washroom - One smoking room (properly ventilated and isolated) The focus should be on smooth workflow, efficient space utilization, and practical service flow between kitchen and dining. --- 2.
