I’m looking for someone who has done designs for residential interior projects. The architectural layouts will be needed in the full structural package translated into clean DWG files that my engineer and contractor can sign off on without back-and-forth. Scope - Map out the floor plan and add furniture with dimensions. - 2D layout - 3D layout as per final moodboard. - Structural dwg as per final design • Provide the final drawings in both editable AutoCAD (.dwg) and print-ready PDF formats. What will help me choose quickly - Please send a link or attachment that shows past work on residential structural drawings. A concise note on the turnaround time you can commit to is a plus; I want to kick this off right away. If this matches your skill set and you have residential examples to prove it, I’d love to review your portfolio and move forward.
