I need a detailed plan for a proposed front fence to submit to Monash City Council for approval. The fence is made of aluminium, 1.6 meters high, and includes a single gate and a post box. Requirements: - Accurate measurements and details - Professional and compliant design - Experience with council submission plans Ideal Skills: - Drafting and design - Knowledge of local council regulations - Attention to detail Please provide a quote and estimated timeline. I have attached an example provided by the city council. Your drawing should be similar to the example. I can give you the site plan and technical drawing of the fence (given to me by the fencer).
