I need a fully detailed site plan for a new commercial development. Once we start, I will forward the legal survey, zoning notes, and any architectural massing files; your task is to translate that information into a clear, permit-ready drawing that satisfies my local planning office. The drawing has to be to scale, show property lines, building footprint, setbacks, access drives, utilities, and any code notes that a commercial project typically requires. Please keep the file structure clean so my architect can drop it straight into their model. Deliverables • One master DWG (layers organised, no stray objects) • A print-ready PDF sheet with title block, legend, north arrow, and scale bar • A short memo outlining the assumptions or standards you followed Acceptance criteria: dimensions must match the survey, setbacks and easements are called out, and the sheet prints accurately at the stated scale. A first draft within three business days and a final version after my review will keep the schedule on track.
