Hi jackbowyer, Last week I finished a very similar job: a compact radio enclosure with anti‑tamper features and full 2D drawings, so I’m confident I can handle this really well. i would like to know the below. - Which CAD ecosystem and deliverables do you prefer: native SolidWorks or neutral STEP/IGES + DWG/PDF, and should drawings follow ASME Y14.5 or ISO GPS? - Do you have PCB/antenna stack-up and target manufacturing method (injection mold, sheet metal, or 3D print) to lock key tolerances? I think we should. - Define a clean datum/GD&T scheme early to control fit, acoustic vents, and fastener alignment. - Modularize anti‑theft features (locks, inserts) so they’re swappable without retooling, improving long‑term maintainability. Lets follow a plan like this. 1) I import your sketches and build a parametric 3D model with internal bosses, ribs, and anti‑tamper details. 2) I run quick DFM checks (draft, wall, sink) and iterate once with you on ergonomics and cable paths. 3) I generate precise 2D drawings with GD&T, materials/finish, exploded view, and BOM. 4) I deliver native and neutral files, plus a brief tolerance/risk note so manufacturing is clear.
