Request for Correction of Technical Drawings (AutoCAD – DWG) Hello, I am looking for a professional to correct a set of custom cabinetry technical drawings currently in DWG/PDF format. The files are not printing correctly to scale, and I need them fully fixed and verified. Current Issue When printing the drawings on 11” x 17” paper, the measurements do not match when checked with an architectural (imperial) scale. The drawings are not properly set up to print at true scale. Scope of Work 1. Full Review and Correction of Drawings Ensure all drawings are accurately scaled Verify and correct all dimensions according to the project 2. Units and Model Setup File must be set to imperial units (inches) Model space must be drawn at **full scale (1:1) 3. Layout and Printing Setup Configure layouts for 11” x 17” (ANSI B) Set correct viewport scales (e.g., 1/2” = 1’-0”, 3/4” = 1’-0”, etc.) Plot must be set to 1:1 (no “fit to paper”)** Drawings must be accurately measurable with an architectural scale after printing 4. File Organization and Clean-Up Clean, well-organized DWG file All layers visible, properly named, and unlocked No hidden, frozen, or locked elements Remove unnecessary or duplicate elements (purge/cleanup) 5. IMPORTANT – Plotting & Visibility Requirements The DWG must be fully unlocked and editable, as I will plot using my own template All lines, dimensions, objects, hatches, and references must be **visible and printable Nothing should be missing when plotting (no non-plot layers, hidden objects, or broken references) Final Deliverables Fully editable and unlocked DWG file Print-ready PDF file (11x17) Confirmation that all drawings print correctly to scale ### **Important Note:** This is an academic project, and correct scale is mandatory. Drawings that are not to scale will result in significant grading penalties.
