Right now, my channel feels like “a guy with a logo and banner.” I want it to feel like a branded gaming identity people instantly recognize. Milestone 1 - Rough logo direction or style frame, something I can see. This will be a low paid milestone to ensure I like the style you propose. Emphasis on "rough" because this will be a low paid milestone. 2. Milestone 2 - Brand Foundation Color palette, font pairings, 2–3 logo concepts, and initial character concept(s) 3. Milestone 3 - Visual Identity Assets Final logo (all formats), refined character with multiple expressions, YouTube banner, and thumbnail style guide 4. Milestone 4 - Motion & Final Package Intro animation (DaVinci Resolve project + export), lower-third templates, and complete brand kit delivery, entire scope of work completed and delivered. Scope of Work 1.
