Are the reference images flat or layered, and may I redraw/clean them for rigging while keeping the likenesses? Do you have a beat sheet noting joke peaks/pauses, or should I derive timing strictly from the audio and propose visual gags/transitions accordingly? I’ll rig leads in After Effects with Duik and an 8–10 viseme mouth set; run Rhubarb/Auto Lip Sync for a first pass, then hand-polish on punchlines with precise eye/eyebrow cues. We’ll use marker-driven, modular scenes (one gag per comp), animate on 2s at 24fps with sharp overshoots/holds, and pre-render heavy comps to lossless intermediates to keep the final 1080p crisp and stable. Action Plan: - Phase 1: Asset/audio review, style alignment, beat annotation; quick thumbnails/boardomatic for approval. - Phase 2: Clean-up/redraw as needed; build rigs, mouth library; test expressions. - Phase 3: Blocking pass to audio markers; staging, camera, prop beats. - Phase 4: Polish lip-sync, facial nuance, secondary motion, comedic accents. - Phase 5: Review and 1–2 focused revisions on timing/jokes. - Phase 6: Final render (1080p MP4) and organized AE project with all layers/sources.
