I’m putting together a short, pure-entertainment animation and want it brought to life in a crisp, authentic anime style. I already have the core idea and rough beats for the story; what I’m missing is the skilled hand that can turn that vision into a fluid, eye-catching piece of 2D motion. Here’s what I’m after: • Storyboard refinement and timing  • Character and background design consistent with modern anime aesthetics  • Smooth, expressive key-frame and in-between animation (12–24 fps, your call)  • Basic sound design and a final mix to match the on-screen action  • Delivery of a polished 1080p (or higher) MP4 plus all layered source files (Toon Boom Harmony, Adobe Animate, or After Effects-based pipelines are all fine) Acceptance criteria: 1. Visual style matches the sample references I’ll supply after kickoff. 2. Animation syncs cleanly to provided dialogue/music cues. 3. Final export is artifact-free and ready for online distribution. If you’ve tackled entertainment-driven anime projects before, share a couple of links and outline your preferred workflow and turnaround estimate.
