*URGENT HELP* Summary: I need help re-configuring my number in Trengo (a communication platform with Twilio). At the moment when you call the number, an error message occurs. What happened: I had a developer set it up and it was working fine. In Trengo, they created two voice channels that were connected to the same number. I wanted to simplify and only have one channel.
