SOAP API Jobs

I need someone who can create 2 "Add to Cart" and 2 "View Cart" buttons with checkout using the LATEST PayPal JavaScript SDK's and NVP/SOAP API's for my custom built website. I am not looking for any additional features like discount codes, gift options, or express checkout, as these are not needed. All that is needed is a simple, streamlined, and secure system that will allow me to process orders, add sales tax and shipping, for customers that are checking-out using either a PayPal account or a credit card.

I am looking for a developer who can help me test a SOAP service. I have a WSDL, Endpoint and username/password. If possible I want the wsdl converted to postman collection that can be used to test the required calls. Hello! I am looking for a freelancer who can help me set up a basic SOAP server in Laravel. This is a personal project, so I won't be needing any custom interfaces or GUI's; rather, I will be running it on my local environment. I already have the WSDL, schemas and example XML which can be used (see attached documentation/files). In the end I want to send a XML message by using Postman or SoapUI to the Laravel SOAP server who consumes my request based on the WSDL.

I have a WSDL provided by a Certification Board. We are required to create a Webservice that has the same interface as this WSDL. Basically working backworks of normal SOAP development. When we try to open the WSDL in SOAPUI we get an error about a missing importer INFO:Missing importer for {}XMLExchangeServiceSoap I know enough about manual WSDL definitions to know that the issue is because doesn't exist. But I don't know how to resolve this. There are other errors in the WSDL, because there are "place holders" for the service endpoint. Those I can resolve once I create my version of the Webservice. But I need to start with being able to import this WSDL into my development environment and I can't because of the error in the importer WSDL is attached
