From a SharePoint list: - the flow grabs all the items that are labeled as “Outstanding” and a second column (initiate reminder) is labelled “Yes”. - Then the flow Emails the applicable person that is assigned to each item an approval to select approve or deny. (Company emails and non company emails (I.E. Gmail)). - If approved, the flow automatically adjust the SharePoint list item status to “Completed”, and a approval will no longer sent for this specific item. - The flow will continue to automatically send an approval to each applicable person every day until the item is completed. Special note - The flow will need to be able to grab and send out numerous outstanding approvals simultaneously.
