My issued U.S. utility patent has gone into lapse after a maintenance fee was unintentionally missed. I now need a USPTO-registered practitioner—no affiliates, no “of counsel,” only someone whose own registration number can be verified in the USPTO database—to prepare and file the petition under 37 CFR 1.378(b) for reinstatement based on unintentional delay.
