The General Manager (GM) is responsible for all operational components of our maintenance business. They actively manage a team of 5-8 technicians to ensure they complete tasks/jobs efficiently and profitably. The GM is the first line for customer support, responding promptly to customer emails and phone calls, assessing work requests, creating estimates, and communicating the schedule and project progress with customers. They are the brains of the operation to support the technicians, order materials, and solve problems in real-time. In addition, the GM will analyze data from multiple sources to create reporting on technician’s productivity, service pricing, and project profitability.

Hello, we have products at excel form with name, description, price and discount price. we have also a form at excel for invoicing these products. we need: 1) add QR code to each product at excel 2) when insert manual an order to excel , print for each product a QR sticker with name, qr code and discounted price. 3) need scan qr codes from mobile and auto add them excel invoice form. so means first we add manually the order and auto print for each product a qr sticker for order preparation. after order is ready , when we do packing we will scan the qr codes by mobile and auto add them to excel for invoicing.
