I need a freelancer to provide name popularity data from the last 50 years in the US (not less than 20 years). The data should encompass all given names (Tom, Harry, Sarah etc). I am looking for an expert with experience collecting and/or analyzing this sort of data to generate a database in excel. The population fraction of all given names on a yearly basis is to be provided. A database like wolfram alpha can be a primary source.

Hello, The task consists of deriving a canonical equation in a journal paper (equation 26 in the file attached). The journal paper briefly describes how this equation was found from its general form, but do not give details of its derivation.
