I want to use 1 optin form with 5 radio-buttons (it's a quiz, user can select 1 one the radio-buttons) depending on the choice made by the user, the user is then subscribed to the corresponding list AND forwarded to the corresponding welcome page. here's a rough example: when I set up one list w...hidden field + it's own forwarding page (plus that weird looking redirect-id?) if this does not work, then I'd need you to write the code to give me the radio-button input (I want to be able to easily change the text for each), and then when the user presses the submit button, the code updates the list-name and re-direct fields appropriately and calls the aweber code.
