Hello, I have a client who had someone develop a website for them back in 2019. But now the website's plugins seems out of date and that there's some error on the header as well (it is vertical and the button is disabled). I'm not entirely sure what's the issue with the plugins but when I try to update them it shows an error (picture as attached). I don't know if there's any files that are missing in the file manager in cPanel or anything so I need someone to take a look at them for me.
