I have a google sheet that tracks all my halo wars games with my friends. I have the Elo calculations all set up. However, I'm having a problem with associating data with the player in the fields. As in, if I input a name in any of the B:G column, search the B:G column for their latest game, grab their post Elo score from that game and use it for the current row in the I:N column respective to the position of the B:G placement. The file uploaded represents the desired output. However, this is manually inputted scores. I would like to be able to just put the name in the column, and the pre elo score populates in the respective column.
