The reports are used to guide home owners on things that need to be done before they put their house on the market. Attached is the template I currently used. Its ugly and time consuming to adjust for each new house. The report form should be built on Google Docs and the layout must follow my rough idea. I do not require any additional features such as automated calculations or data validation. The freelancer must be able to discuss the project in detail and provide updates throughout the process.
