I took this joomla 3 website off line a while ago. Host Server help tell me - they have no back up because it was off line. But it must be still there because when you log in front end it is still there. Its a big site and need this website back. Host says has no php logs to see what happenned. You can log in to backend but it just goes straight to a white screen. I did have a free lancer years ago change something I had forgotten about to try and make things harder for hackers to find I think he put a file some where just not in the first look place but cant remember where or even if this is relevant. I know it was just close by from memory just the next file youd look in or something. May be ftp entrance maybe more helpful. Any ideas?

Source site is hosted on a very old server with php 5.6.4 and Joomla! 2.5.28 and trying to upgrade this site to move it over to another hosting which has php 8.x and for that Joomla also needs to be updated. Since the site is really old it is wont run through normal update procedure and there is a chance you will need to recreate site in new Joomla 4.x. This is the source site: You will receive a XAMP copy of the folder with preconfigured offline version of it. It has access to back end which should make the recreation whole lot easier in latest Joomla.

I have a Joomla website that uses EasySocial 4. I have a need to export my user information by EasySocial profile type as a CSV file. There was a commercial Joomla extension () available that did this -- however it only works with EasySocial 2 and earlier versions. I have purchased the extension and have it installed on my site. Its code needs to be modified/fixed so that it can read in EasySocial 4 profile fields. Please see the attached screen shots: when I select Joomla user groups to export, the extension shows the information correctly. When I select EasySocial profile types to export, the extension does not read in the information.

I have a Joomla website that uses EasySocial to manage user profiles. I also use Keap (previously Infusionsoft) to manage these users' information. A few weeks ago I had a developer create a custom PHP script that maps the EasySocial fields to Keap fields and automatically exports all new user information once a day (via cronjob). Everything worked perfectly. I have since had to change the profile fields I have set up in EasySocial -- so the export script also needs to be updated/modified. However I can no longer locate my original developer. I need someone to review the existing export script we have in place and make the necessary modifications to get it working again.
