The "Splash page" will be a one-page information page regarding the DEI repository (i.e., how to use it, what to get out of it, etc.) that has a log-in feature, ideally, the login is SSO via MS365. The page will be hosted on the client's existing website and have a dedicated tab for the repository. NOTE: The page needs to be built in WordPress. The client does not want Laravel due to a lack of client expertise and resources to maintain the site. If you are not able to build and customize in WordPress, do not solicit for the project.
