Need to update the existing OSCommerce website with fresh new layout and more professional look. I will need input from the developer. I can provide new graphics but the creativity of the developer is a big factor. the website is functioning well, but I would like an analysis by someone who would be pro-active and could improve both the look and the feel of the site. Oscommerce upgrade php 5.3 to 5.6

We're looking to hire someone who can build a straightforward onlie shop using Magento, and do the API integration of our payment processing partner. We will be selling books and merchandise. Some specificities include: 1. Two-language option; 2. Four categories: Coming soon/Preorder now! - Books - DVD/Audiobooks - Merchandise/Gifts; 3. Search option; 4. Shopping cart; 5. This is a 2 step project. We've been running OSCommerce 2.2 on a server running PHP 5.3 for over 15 years. We're now migrating to the new php 5.6 and then php 8, but the old OSCommerce website is giving us lot of errors. So we would like to upgrade immediatly our current OSCommerce to php 5.6 and in while we make use of this first upgrade we need move on to PHP 8. When you access the site from a mobile device the menu disappears when you scroll down past the initial links. If you click on one of the links above the fold the links work fine. However if you want to scroll down to one of the bottom menu links the menu disappears as soon as you try to access any of the menu links below the fold. Not sure how long it has been doing this.
