Basic financial data entry skills are sufficient, though it would be exceptionally beneficial if the individual possesses additional skills, especially if there is a need for future customization or significant modifications beyond my own spreadsheet proficiency. I would prefer to work with someone that lives in India or Philippines… and is proficient in all areas of English and is able to communicate verbally and through messages in a timely fashion.
